Born and raised in Oroville, CA, Jim Fugate has been licensed as a life and health insurance agent since June 1973. Jim is a Free & Accepted Mason, has coached several years for the local youth and soccer club and was a board member for four years. He is also a member of the Fellows club that gives scholarships to the top ten students of each high school. For 12 years, Jim has served on the board of Table Mt. Men’s Golf Club and was secretary and board member of the Table Mt. Golf Club the first three years it was established.
